Coolfactor was established in 1982 and originally specialised in the design, installation and maintenance of commercial heating and air conditioning. However throughout the 1980s the company expanded across the spectrum of engineering and building refurbishment services in order to provide ‘turnkey’ refurbishment solutions combining multi-trades as well as specialist services.
Benefitting from over 26 years experience in the commercial maintenance and refurbishment sector, we have substantial experience within heating, ventilation, air conditioning, mechanical and electrical engineering, building refurbishment and data cabling installation.
